This notice covers the public ELD Software website operated by General Software Company LLC. It does not describe a driver's ELD account, an authenticated platform workspace or a future mobile application.

What this website does

This is an informational website. It does not collect driver logs, connect to a vehicle, create an account or take payment. Any illustrative company names and app screens are examples, not customer records.

The cost planner calculates its estimate in your browser. Asset counts and plan selections are not sent to a server or saved by the planner.

Website delivery

Hosting and network providers process technical request information, such as IP address, browser details and requested pages, to deliver and protect the site. We have not added advertising trackers, analytics scripts, contact forms or application cookies to this website.

ELD Factory, ELD Software and Custom ELD are operated by General Software Company LLC. Following a link opens another website, whose own privacy notice and terms describe its services. No planner or demonstration data is included in those links.

Platform access and ownership

ELD Factory produces the hardware and hosts the software. Customers receive licensed backend access, with no transfer of software ownership or source-code rights. Operational portals require a customer-controlled domain or subdomain. Main-site accounts are for billing only; customer-domain routing and billing access are not implemented yet. This public website is not an operational portal.

Privacy questions

For the company’s privacy contact and rights-request process, use the ELD Factory privacy policy. Do not send driver logs or identity documents through this marketing website.
